SHIPPING INFO

All items are shipped in a plastic bag in a sturdy padded mailer.  Items are shipped first class via the us postal service from Los Angeles, and unless the product page says pre-order, they are usually shipped within a few days after you place your order. Pre- orders may take up to 3 weeks. Please make sure your address is correct. Libertad Collective is not responsible for shipping to an incorrectly entered address.

International customers: You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Items are shipped first class and have NO tracking number. If you would like a tracking method, the item will have to be shipped Express mail, which costs around $30 USD. Please message us after you buy your item if you want it to be shipped this way, and we will invoice you for the extra shipping cost.

If you need something to be rushed within the US, contact us and we can arrange an extra fee for that to happen. Libertad Collective does not accept returns.
